The short dress from Noir is made out of shiny matte power wet look material. It also has fancy lace insiders at the sides and at the back. It has an exciting design because of its very low-cut cleavage area that goes right down to the belly button and the fact that it is almost entirely backless. The dress also has a halterneck choker that fastens at the back of the neck and a waistband with a fastener at the back.
